Louie DeHatre's Legendary Lunch Stand - Lambert Field

This lunch stand, owned and operated by Louie DeHatre, was the favorite hangout for pilots and mechanics at Lambert Field for many years.  Lindbergh himself helped immortalize Louie's stand in his book "THE SPIRIT OF ST. LOUIS".  It also played an important part in the movie of the same name.  Just like in the movie, the real Louie DeHatre plastered the walls inside his shack with photos of the Lambert Field pilots.
